Shipping & Returns

Delivery

We deliver within South Africa only. Delivery costs a flat R110, and it's free on orders of R5,000 or more. Orders usually arrive within 2 to 6 business days.

Returns and exchanges

• You can return an item within 7 days of delivery. Bring it to us in person with your invoice or order number.
• We only accept an unused item if it's still sealed in its original packaging, with no damage and the security seals and labels intact. We can't accept items that have been opened, installed or tampered with.
• If you think a cartridge is defective, tell us within 7 days. Bring back the cartridge with a sample printout that shows the problem. We'll test it before we replace it or give a credit.
• We don't accept faults caused by misuse, a printer problem, or refilling.
• Every return is inspected before we approve it.
• We don't offer return shipping or collection, and there's no restocking fee.
